  • What can I expect during the online course?

    The 1.5 hour online course is a series of videos and related questions covering Columbus' neighborhoods, facts about the city, the power of tourism, and more. It can be started and paused at anytime to accommodate anyone with a busy schedule.

  • Who should take the course?

    The Experience Columbus Insider (ECI) accreditation course is designed for individuals and organizations that have a direct interest in promoting Columbus, tourism, hospitality, and/or community engagement. Typical participants include Hospitality and Tourism Professionals, Customer-facing Employees, Event Planners and Organizers, Community Ambassadors, Businesses Seeking to Engage Tourists, and Columbus Enthusiasts.

  • Is $39 an annual fee?

    $39 covers the cost for the first two years of benefits. Every year after will be $30.

  • How much time to I have to complete the course?

    You have 30 days from the day you sign up to complete the course. If the course is not completed in that allotted time, you will be asked to sign up for the course again and forfeit the initial registration fee.
